Food was awesome and the service was great. We had a little wait but it didn't take that long to get a table.

Great morning experience, was really craving a high-end high quality brunch outside the norm with new vibe option. Hatch was absolutely the right choice it made a special relaxing day even better as choice for yummy and chill vibe Our server was Itzel and she was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Itzel!! And the Tumbler sauce you recommended 🔥 Menu items we had Beignets (starter) 10/10 Breakfast Cuban with Hasbrown Tumblers 10/10 Blueberry Struesel ( pancakes) 10/10 shared Avocado Toast 10/10 Mosa's for Table 10/10 Provisin concpets goes hard for perfection and it shows.

I came here for the first time with my family. We had a party of four. We called ahead because we knew it would be busy and the wait time was an hour so we got ready and wasted some time and then showed up. We did have to wait a little bit longer when we got there, but we got a table Fairly quickly. They served us at the bar while we waited. when we sat down we were talking and having a good time our server. Chey Was phenomenal. She was very friendly very kind and put up with me and my family being crazy and funny. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is to die for we sat right in front of where the cooks are and it was Amazing to see them work so hard and for the food to come out tasting phenomenal! The kitchen manager knows exactly what he’s doing. The cooks were busting their a$$e$ and we barely had to wait for our food They work hard annd all did a great job! The food was great! literally five out of five on everything. I definitely recommend this place! Come here because the wait is worth it.
