I’ve been to Eden Center in Virginia many times and have been disappointed by several places I tried there as well. I chose this restaurant mainly because it’s close to home and didn’t come with high expectations—but I was pleasantly surprised. The pho was very good, with a well-balanced ratio of noodles, beef, broth, and herbs, which isn’t always the case at other places. It was flavorful on its own and didn’t need any extra seasoning. The egg spring rolls were also tasty, though I wish the dipping sauce had been the traditional Vietnamese fish sauce. Service was friendly, and I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

We accidentally found this relatively new Vietnamese restaurant and went with family for an early dinner. We ordered quite a few dishes, beef rib pho, bun bo hue, bun cha hanoi, banh cuon and more. Everything was excellent, especially the banh cuon. We'll definitely come back. We used to go to Eden Center for Vietnamese food, but this restaurant is much better and we don't have to make the long slow drive to Virginia anymore:-)
