Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS. This place is almost always busy, which is a good sign. All organic. Guilt free options that are delicious. We've had the pancakes, breakfast sandwich, bowls, avocado toast, chillaqueles and traditional breakfast. All delicious. Nice market but small, with mostly dry goods and prepared foods. Coffee and lattes are good too. Outside area to eat when weather is nice. It is expensive but worth it given the quality ingredients and decent sized portions.

When Dr.Axe gives a shout-out to a restaurant, it warrants visiting. While the market section of this storefront is a mere few aisle, the variety and quality of prepared foods abounds. The organic commitment and dietary options distinguish Herban Market from other “health food restaurants” across the region and the country for that matter.

Mediocre. A lot of restrictions. YET, they cook in avocado oil, which I'm allergic to. They don't have whip cream because it's dairy? but they have cheese. The options seem disjointed. Good for people who want gluten free pancakes. We spent 65.00 for a very small breakfast... Good quality. Very expensive.
