Hibachi Super Buffet | Chinese

I usually love this restaurant mostly for the servers ( are always friendly when we sit down)and the man who runs the grill ( he always treats us like family when we come in). Recently though I saw someone post a statement on fb that said the servers and hibachi cook does not get any of the tips we give whether through card or cash. I would hope this is not true but if it is then we are paying for our food to the restaurant and half the time tipping them for food that is half the time fresh half the time not. I dont want to take business away because those I mentioned above depend on getting paid but they should receive our full tips as well. Just a thought I figured others should know if they look at reviews.

In town for an event. Stopped by to get some food. Food has no flavor. Egg rolls just soaked in grease. Crab rangoons have no filling. None of the fried chicken in sauce was crispy, it all was soggy. My partner stopped eating and even witness a worker using tongs in multiple sections of food. This worried us due to cross contamination possibilities. Will not come here if ever this way again.

Very friendly, The food is amazing, The one star reviews that say it isn't is because they come at the latest time when the food has been sitting, they aren't going to make new food on the buffet trays for you 10 mins before closing! They're very friendly thank you for the amazing service!
