Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Somehow landed here on a random Wednesday late afternoon/ early evening The restaurant has a good vibe and a good number of tables for groups as well as for solo diners at the bar sort of a thing. We were quickly seated and then had water at our table. Theway to order is so efficient you can scan a barcode and order by yourself. This is convenient in case there are big groups. The food arrived quickly. The yuzu ramen was tangy and spicy and the crispy bits that came along with it were delicious. The other vegan option was also good but missed a little tang or a punch. But all in all there were quite a few vegetarian friendly options and that made this place one of my go to next time I am looking for ramen.

Great ambience and service. We had Aburi miso spicy ramen (spicy level 2), fried oyster, takoyaki, parfait. All of them were really yummy, the ramen was so perfect for us. Marcha in Parfait was so good. Takoyaki was at different level. It’s a hidden gem in near Fremont, must try for ramen lovers.

Yuzu ramen was light and citrusy - great contrast to the typical heavy broth ramen you usually get. Kakiage and tea were both tasty as well. Our table split a matcha parfait at the end -- might have struggled to eat one solo. They don't do reservations -- prepare for the Yelp waitlist!
