Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

First time at this location! Been to the Santa Clara one before. Two of us ordered: tonkotsu ramen $17.90 shoyu ramen $16.90 karaage $12 Food comes quick and is pretty consistent quality wise. Full house. Quick service. Auto 16% service charge. Ely was friendly. Only minimal staff working. Parking in plaza is difficult during peak hours.

3 years ago, when I first tried this place, it was just as good as it is bad now and it keeps getting worse every year. Last year I realized they even secretly changed the noodles because I visited the restaurant every month. Today will definitely be my last time coming here. Do they really think customers are fools? After raising the prices, the soup bowls got smaller, the portions of noodles got less and the soup no longer has the color or taste of real tonkotsu broth. Even the chashu pork has no seasoning at all. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the tap water — it still has a fruity taste.

Excellent food and service. Nice staff. I got the Vegan Ramen and loved it. They're also very flexible in customizing your order and bring it super fast. I added bamboo. The portion was too large and I tried hard to finish it!
