My coworker recommend this and she was right. This spot has some of the best ramen noodles in SoCal. I had their Tonkatsu Ramen and their crispy chicken along with their edemame. The ramen was awesome with the broth on point. It was very creamy and delicious with solid noodles. The crispy chicken was also delicious and the edemame was delicious too. The pork bun is a must have also! Overall it was a satisfying lunch with excellent customer service. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

If you're considering dining at HiroNori, it’s advisable to avoid this particular location. They clearly struggle with staff management. We arrived at 7:42pm and were informed the wait would be approximately 35 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes without an update, we asked again and were told it would take an additional 30 minutes before we could be seated. Meanwhile, there were four empty tables that remained unserved for more than 20 minutes. The hostess explained that she was the only staff member working, handling online and phone orders, checking in customers, and serving. This indicates poor scheduling and understaffing, which reflects ineffective management. Given that it is the week of Thanksgiving, many people are off and eager to enjoy a good meal with loved ones, but inadequate staffing severely hampers the experience. Additionally, a service charge is automatically added to the bill regardless of the size of your party. While this fee is optional, proper staffing and quality service should ensure a seamless experience, especially when such charges are included automatically.
