Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Giving one star because I can’t give zero This restaurant was a complete disaster from beginning to end. The server/manager had the worst attitude — no respect, no courtesy, absolutely zero professionalism. Restaurant closes at 2.30 PM, we called at 2 PM to confirm the timing since we were a group of 30 people. The moment he heard “30 people,” he suddenly became very eager and said he would keep the restaurant open until 3:30 PM. Honestly, it felt like he became greedy after hearing the group size. Based on his promise, we went there and placed our initial order. Around 3 PM, we asked for an additional cake — something they only needed to bring from the bakery. Not from the kitchen, not cooked, nothing. Suddenly he said, “The kitchen is closed.” What does a closed kitchen have to do with picking up a bakery cake? This clearly showed he didn’t want to serve anymore and was purposely showing attitude. When we reminded him, “You said you’ll keep it open until 3:30,” he rudely replied, “I can’t give you.” And in front of families and small kids, he even threatened to call the cops on us — for simply asking for something he promised earlier. Completely unacceptable behavior. And the food? Absolutely horrible. They added so much artificial color powder that even after washing hands, the color didn’t come off. Just imagine how unhealthy that is. We even have a picture of our hands after eating — the color was stuck like paint. That alone shows the quality they serve. If you care about your health, your money, and your peace of mind, please stay far away from this restaurant. Everything here — food, service, attitude — is a complete failure. Avoid at all costs.

The food was SO good! Plus the staff gave us extra chutney without charging because we loved it so much. Having been to India, this place feels quite authentic with friendly and helpful staff, and the food is really delicious. I especially liked the Mango Lassi, mint chutney, Paneer Kurchan, and Goat Makhani.

The biriyani and samosas were delicious and well-prepared. The quarter chicken Tangdi Kebab was not exactly as described on the menu, but I’m sure this will be improved going forward. Overall, a good experience worth trying.
