Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hot Springs Pho in Idaho Falls is amazing! The food is always so yummy and full of flavor. Tila is incredible and consistently gives the best service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Chi works magic in the back cooking alongside Shawn, and you can truly taste the care in every dish. The pho is beyond delicious, the fried rice is cooked perfectly with super tender chicken, and the spring rolls with peanut sauce are so good. Don’t skip the boba smoothies either—they’re delicious and very fairly priced. Highly recommend if you’re in Idaho Falls!

I’ve had Pho many times in different places, but here, you simply have to try it! It’s incredibly delicious — rich, original, and beautifully simple. The ingredients are so fresh, and you can really taste the care in every spoon. The staff is very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere around 3 p.m. is calm and relaxing. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

This place is really pho-nomenal! I’ve had a lot of bowls of pho over the last few months, and the chicken pho at Hot Springs was my favorite I’ve had so far. The meat was especially good, but I loved the broth as well. I really appreciate that they don’t add cilantro to the broth and the amount of limes, jalapeños, basil, and mung beans they give you is very generous. Pricing is excellent as well. If you’re in Idaho falls and looking for something warm, comforting, and filling, check this place out!
