Located in Brewhalla, this place has a lot of potential. The menu is solid here with some clear wins. The Togarashi tots were absolutely fire and easily the highlight of the meal. Crispy, well-seasoned, and something I’d order again without hesitation. Unfortunately, the noodle dish itself fell short. I ordered the Basic B Hot Noodles with chicken dashi, chicken thigh, soft egg, citrus, greens, and pickles. The chicken was rubbery, the broth was lukewarm and very transparent, and the dish was topped with cold carrots and greens, which further dropped the overall temperature. The result was a bowl that felt unfinished and lacked the comforting warmth you expect from hot noodles. The dish was served with standard plastic cutlery and no proper broth spoon, which made eating noodles and soup awkward and out of place for the style of food being served. There’s potential here, and parts of the menu clearly work, but consistency and execution need attention. With better temperature control, properly cooked protein, and basic tableware upgrades, this could be much stronger.

Had the pork belly ramen and sweet potato tater tots. It was very good. I added some spice to the ramen as there wasn’t much originally.

I finally went to check out Brewhalla and we chose to eat at house of Noods + Buns. We chose to order multiple items so we could sample different items. The hot Haute noodles were the best item, and the chicken was delicious. We tried the dirty buns, and they were mediocre. I feel like something was missing. We also ordered the homemade dumplings, and they were yummy. We also tried the special, which was a cold noodle salad. I don't recall the name, but that was delicious as well. The food is artistic and eclectic.
