Stopped in on our way to Philly… DID NOT disappoint!! Burgers were FIRE - staff amazing - place got that Pinterest / IG type shii vibes, truffle fries were amazing. Fat boy burgers were bomb, (we had one beef one chicken- surprisingly the chicken one was better!! In our opinion and we’re beef people) bread was good.. drinks on point.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner here mid December after hearing rave reviews from multiple people. I ordered the vermicelli salad with a beet and gogi berry latte. The salad was delightful with the flavors of lime and mint highlighting the dish. The latte was warm and beautiful, but I don't know if I would order it again (I wanted to be adventurous). The ambiance was beyond spectacular and the service was phenomenal. I am looking forward to returning soon and trying other dishes and beverages.

We’ve been to Hudson Botanical more times than I can count, and every visit has been amazing. The food is out of this world, fresh, flavorful, and always surprising in the best way. We never know what to order because everything on the menu is just that good. Brent and Maddy have built something really special. The space feels warm and welcoming, the staff are always friendly, and you can tell everyone there cares about what they’re doing. It’s the kind of place that just keeps pulling you back. If you haven’t gone yet, do it. You won’t be disappointed.
