Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This place should have a line down the block. Not just for the amazing mission, but for the food, as well. We were greeted promptly by Ian who had the most beautiful, kind smile. After his “spiel” about the non-profit aspect of the restaurant and how to order, we made our way to the register to order. Everything was delivered promptly and with a smile from one of the sweet staff. The Chicky Hug chicken salad sandwich was awesome. The BYO Sammy was on point. My wife’s pimento cheese was super flavorful, and my turkey and bacon with peach chutney was a perfect lunch. For dessert, we had an assortment of cookies and the carrot cake. As a carrot cake connoisseur, this one was so good. If I lived in Dallas, I’d eat here a lot. It also would be the perfect place to study and have a coffee I can’t wait to see how business takes off.

First of all, the food is worth the trip. That is the point of eating out. This is a beautiful and clean restaurant with attentive workers who are ready to help. This is a special place that supports adults with disabilities and you will be so blessed to visit and eat here. Don’t pass up the chance to help your neighbors, who will actually help you.

Loved it here! Everyone is so welcoming and food is great! We had the granola yogurt bowl, pancakes, muffin, and lattes. Everything was perfect and a great way to start my Friday.
