Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Stopped by on only their 3rd day open after seeing the sign! Service was super sweet, waited a while for the food but that just means it comes out fresh! I ordered the lamb kebab. Everything was delicious, but oh my gosh I could eat a 10 servings of the rice, it’s so fragrant! Definitely will be coming back to try the gyros!

This restaurant is a perfect addition to the area. The staff was very nice, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the food was very good. The falafel was delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked.

We only moved to CO 3 months ago and have been looking for anything even close to quality middle eastern food. This place was recommended by a Middle Eastern friend who lives all the way in Colorado Springs. It did not disappoint! The Gyro platers is a dish that when I see it on the menu I order it. Phenomenal with the rice. My Friend had the mix kebab plates with rice and really enjoyed it. The problem we always face with great food like this is feeling too full afterwards :)
