Humble Bistro

My family and I love Humble Bistro, and have been coming here since they took over the old Waldo's BBQ spot years back. We have had exceptional service and food; thus, why we continue to come back. However, the last 1-2 visits have been really surprising. Service has been extremely slow, unattentive servers, we had missing place settings when we first sat, then we had to wait to ask for additional items such as knives and water. My tea went back for a refill and never came back; had to ask for it. Then the last issue is the new Toast system you guys are utilizing. We have gift cards we wanted to use, and bonus cards that clearly state "Valid from Nov 25, 2025 to Jul 31, 2026, Sun to Sat, 11:00 to 21:00. Discount must be used in full on one check." We had to argue with the server that this was valid, as they were saying it was only valid Jan onward. They did not take the gift card and we asked to share feedback to management that this was very misleading. The attitude of the servers lately have been off putting. Just odd; I really hope it's just a blip during this transition and holidays, but wanted to share my feedback here. Thank you!

We decided to try this place in December and have already been back almost four times — we absolutely love it here. The Humble Caesar is a must-try. I’ve had plenty of Caesar salads, and the addition of fried Brussels sprouts is an amazing touch. My husband loves the wedge salad and the Cubano sandwich. The quality of the food is consistently excellent.

Amazing! Best pasta I’ve ever eaten. I got the Cremini Sacchetti and added blackened shrimp. The flavor combination was perfection. I’ll be craving it till the next time I visit Arizona.
