Hummus & Stuff in Springboro just earned a new regular. I ordered the small gyro and let me tell you, there was nothing small about it. It was more than enough for this hungry man. I cannot even imagine what the full size looks like, but I am sure some brave soul out there can handle it. The gyro itself was incredible. The meat was tender and full of flavor, and every topping tasted super fresh. From the tzatziki sauce to the veggies to the feta, it all came together perfectly. Nothing soggy, nothing bland, just straight up delicious. I also grabbed the seasoned fries, and they were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. So good that I did not even bother with ketchup, which almost feels wrong to admit, but here we are. For dessert, I went with the three pack of baklava. Pistachio, classic, and chocolate. All three were airy, flaky, and full of those rich layers of sweetness. I honestly could not pick a favorite, and I tried. Repeatedly. The young man working the counter who made my food did an awesome job. Very friendly, very helpful, and clearly cares about what he is serving. The restaurant was clean, easy to get in and out of, and had a comfortable vibe. I truly cannot rate this place high enough. Next time, I will be posting a video review on social media, but for now, enjoy these photos from today and take this as your sign to go try Hummus & Stuff.

This place deserves more than 5 stars, not just for their food but also their service. My husband and I have came in quite some times and the overall service and attitude of the staff is so welcoming every single time. I usually get a bowl and love to FILL it up. The fries are always fresh and full of seasoning. Shawarma always hits the spot too. Brought my son some leftover after work and said it was it the best Middle Eastern food he’s tried so far. Probably a bit pricey, but it’s always well worth it. Wish I had pictures. Maybe next time. Shout out to the 3 staff members that were there today. The girl (new), the guy with a black shirt, and the young boy with a green shirt and curly hair.
