I recently had an awesome experience at Hummus Republic. The place was super clean, and the staff were really professional. I called in my order, and James was amazing—he walked me through the menu even though they were about to close. It was so convenient to get everything sorted over the phone. When I picked up my gyro pita, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot! Their pita chicken shawarma was unique, and their pita gyro beef was tasty. Next time, I'll try the wrap or bowl to compare. The only downside is that I find them a bit pricey.

this place was so clean, everything was so neat and organized on the tables. there was a tall guy today around 2-3pm at the front who was so fast and efficient, (i did not get his name but shout out to him!!) he even went in depth with menu items and how the servings worked with some customers. i put my order in on the touch screen and he was so fast with it and very polite. definitely would come back just for the service. and the food is so good, you can’t go wrong with a mediterranean version of chipotle. i wish there were locations on the east side 😢
