Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Truly, excellent Chinese food. We are lucky to have this here. They always manage to have the meat tender, and the vegetables, tender crisp. The sauces are all distinct and very flavorful. Staff is always friendly and engaged. You can tell they enjoy putting out good food.

Went in there for dinner on Feb 7,2026 , it was colder inside the lobby than it was outside. Actually surprised they were open because I think the only heat was the grills or stoves. Ordered Beef Chow Mein as well Shrimp Chow Mein. Asked for double shrimp and ended up getting home and opening it up and saw that they took the regular amount of Shrimp and simply cut it all of the pieces in half. I spent close to $30.00 and instead of double shrimp they just took the normal amount and sliced it in half. This has always been a place where we are used to going but have never seen anything like this. Even the beef chowmein seemed to have a lot less beef in it. The past couple times I have noticed the food has seemed to be not as good but having this going on I promise you that I will not be returning!!

I called to put in an order on this date & the guy who answered didn’t really know any information as far as menu items & such. I ordered the sweet & sour pork w/ lo mein. I asked if veggies come in the lo mein. He said it only came plain. I asked if I could pay for vegetables in my lo mein. I was put on hold for about 2 minutes & when he returned, he said I could get vegetables. There was an up charge… the meal w/ an eggroll was $18.45 & said it would be ready in 20 minutes. 5 mins later I get a call & they said they couldn’t put vegetables in plain lo mein. WHAT?! He (a different guy) said that his colleague got it wrong & I would need to buy a veggie lo mein on the side. He said that he couldn’t do the combo & add veggies to the lo mein. His colleague got it wrong because the boss wasn’t there & when she got back she saw how he rang it up & to call me & tell me they couldn’t do that. I would have to buy the sweet & sour pork & veggie lo mein separately @ $22+. Now, for $4 you gave up $18! I have never been called back by a restaurant due to a mistake they made for charging me wrong. MOST businesses, who want to gain & maintain customers would’ve sucked it up & corrected their employee! NOT call the customer for their $4 mistake!!! I will never order from this establishment. Their customer service is diabolical.
