Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The food was absolutely outstanding and the flavors really stood out. I tried their Gobi Omelet and Nalli Biryani, and both dishes were amazing. The Gobi Omelet was unique, perfectly spiced, and had that wonderful balance of crunch and flavor. The Nalli Biryani was rich, aromatic, and the meat was tender and cooked to perfection, with every bite packed with taste. The service was friendly, and the overall experience felt warm and welcoming. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for delicious, flavorful Indian food in San Antonio. I will definitely be coming back!

Our first visit to this place was in February 2025, so almost a year ago. Since then, we have been back multiple times and have invited two different friends to eat here and try it out as well. That's how much we like the food! I've tried a few different dishes, their menu is truly packed with options. Standouts for us are of course the butter chicken curry (most of our table always orders this and it never disappoints), but I've also really enjoyed the chicken Khorma and how creamy it is. The Nilgiri Khorma is similar but more aromatic and with a minty flavor. The chicken boneless Biryani was extremely flavorful and the meat is tender. Very generous portions on every dish, a lot of the time we end up asking for to-go boxes for leftovers. If you're also not familiar with Indian food, I do suggest looking up the names of the dishes to make your decision, or you could be adventurous and ask one of the waiters for recommendations based on your taste and the spice level you'd prefer (we did this on our first visit and it was really fun! They suggested one different dish for each of us, and it was all delicious). Also on that first visit, the waiter let us try a complimentary of the special original dessert they had come up with for Valentine's Day, and it was a delicious, creamy raspberry dessert that kind of tasted like it had a yogurt base. I still haven't tried their regular menu desserts as we're usually pretty full by the end of the meal but I would definitely like to. Waiters are friendly, but the service isn't that fast and they do take a little while to bring out the food (as I'm assuming dishes are prepared fresh) so I'd only recommend visiting this place when you got the time to sit down and relax. The ambiance is nice and it's a good spot for conversation, so that works out. We will certainly always return!

This is a must try! I loved the vibe: very family-oriented and welcoming. The gentlemen treated my partner and I with respect. Get used to the traditional ambiance and ask for what you need lol. They also have a private room that you can book ahead of time for celebrations. I loved the decor and the MULTIPLE food options. It was fairly chill and mostly quiet (I could hold a conversation without yelling). Below is a rating of the food we ate: *Samosa: 5/5 - flavorful and not spicy *Butter Naan: 5/5 - so soft & good *Afgani Curry (goat): 5/5 - so delicious/not spicy *Masala Curry (goat): 5/5 - more of a tomato based masala, very dark and flavorful. The goat was so soft!
