I have always loved American Chinese food and buffets. Growing up in the Boston area and moving around the US a bit has given me the chance to try many. For Florida Ichiban Buffet is quite good! Amazing amount of choices and they change some items when going over to dinner. Some items are not spot on flavor wise is my only con.

I was quite surprised at how good this place is! I've contemplated going there so many times but always changed my mind. So glad I finally tried it and was pleasantly surprised. Great service, always refilling drinks and taking away dirty plates. Food on the buffet was fresh and refilled appropriately. Def will return!!
