This was my first disappointing order with IPC. The wait for delivery was pretty normal (45 -60 min) but when we got the pizza I was fairly disappointed. Both of our pizzas had several slices without any cheese or toppings or only on a small portion. I really love IPC but the quality didn’t match the price today.

Don't like the fact that none of the people working there wear hats or hairnets, especially the ones making pizzas. Topping are very scarce when the "night crew" is working in Kuna. Got tired of asking for extra mushrooms and still getting the normal amount. I now drive to a different IPC just to get a better quality pizza. Spending $60 dollars on average. You want to feel you are getting your money's worth.

Gosh I wanna give five stars cuz I like their pizza, and they’ve always provided good service, but I really don’t like mushrooms. I asked for no mushrooms or onions in the final notes section of their online portal for pick up, because there’s no option to remove ingredients. Maybe that’s why it was missed? Maybe I missed a disclaimer of no adjustments allowed online? I’ll just call next time, but it’s rather convenient to go through their online portal and see the options as you order, or to change the order when you’re with a group as to not waste their time on the phone. I still recommend Idaho pizza to friends and family. Just look how they heap on the toppings! 🙃 Edit 8/8/25: updated to 5 stars. They added a warning that notes are not acceptable to make modifications. It’s not ideal but it’s also not easy to build a custom online ordering system. Very solid improvement A+
