I placed an order on line to be picked up by 1030am. I have a puppy in the car so that's why I ordered to go. It was not ready and they did not even start my order! So disappointed. Not organized! I think they are still in training mode! This location is shared with Applebees in Oroville. Recently opened!

Great atmosphere excellent service very busy all staff very polite and apologized for waiting little long for food my grandson really wanted Oreo milkshake he was getting upset and crying it was taking awhile again all staff working very hard making sure every customer was taking Care of great effort and team work for all staff grandson finally got his milkshake they didn't charge me

Went in the evening (7:50 pm). Received mozzarella sticks at 8:30 pm. A few minutes before 9 pm we received our entrees. My country fried steak was lukewarm and the gravy wasn't. My wife's eggs were fine but her chocolate chip pancakes were well done/crispy with chips and whipcream covering on top. 15 minutes to remake them to go. At least she got a fresh batch that weren't double cooked, with the chocolate chips cooked into them. Wouldn't recommend.
