Horrible experience we waited an hour after ordering our food and never got it and was told repeatedly we would. People who arrived after us got there food sooner as well as a man who re ordered his meal got his sooner. We talked about possibly canceling the order and talking to the manager however he never showed up and we were informed he canceled our order without discussing it to us.

I hate to make reviews like this because the waitress was really nice and the food was really good and I know she was probably doing the best she could but my husband's food did not come with the rest and it took quite some time to inform the waitress because she was probably busy so anyways my husband's food finally came after we were almost done eating so that spoiled it for me. The food took a long time to come and it took a long time to get our check so we can leave. The food and atmosphere were great so maybe they just need more employees to service the customers?

Went to Applebees IHOP location for the first time in my hometown and it didn’t disappoint. Was there for breakfast at 7am on Sunday. It was not busy. The greeter was very nice and we got seated right away. Our server Krystal was fantastic and friendly. She was very attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout. I got coffee and wife got a soda. Coffee was hot and delicious. We ordered from the value menu as we were not super hungry. The food was excellent and tasty. We got omelet, french toast, pancakes, and hash browns among our orders. Good was cooked well and tasted delicious. Service was fast atmosphere was spectacular. We could tell every worker we came in contact with was trained in friendly customer service the way they interacted with us. We loved the new restaurant setup with TVs especially in the bar area. There was a very unfortunate event that management handled with extreme professionalism. Breakfast with a show I guess. I recommend this business and plan to return many times in the future. Also would like to mention this is the first week this business is open. It gets extremely busy in the evenings and weekends. With that being said I recommend having a little bit of patience as they are just beginning to establish themselves. I will add photos on future visits. We love this place already.
