I was visiting town for work and this spot came highly recommended by a local, so I decided to give it a try. Overall, I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5. The food was pretty good. It seems like pizza is their specialty, and that’s definitely what I’d recommend leaning into if you go. I was hoping for a few more pasta options, but that’s on me for not checking the menu ahead of time. Service wasn’t the strongest part of the experience, though it may have just been an off night. My silverware was taken with my appetizer plate, and it took about 10 minutes to get new utensils, which meant my meal sat in front of me while I waited. Not ideal, but these things happen. Overall, still a good experience and worth checking out - especially if you’re in the mood for pizza.

Another 5-star experience at Il Ritrovo! It’s such a great spot to bring the wife and kids. We shared the Fonduta al Forno to start—definitely get this if you like melted cheese and prosciutto! We also made our way through three pizzas: the Margherita, the Boscaiola (the best mushroom pizza I’ve had), and a classic Salame. The crust is perfect and the ingredients are clearly high quality. We’ll definitely be back for a third visit soon!

Italy, here in Sheboygan! Pizza is amazing. Fresh, homemade ingredients with a crispy yet chewy crust. The gelato is also very refreshing but the Espresso Martini beats them all
