Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This review is long over due, i have no clue why ive waited so long. Have been going here over 15 years. They do not serve meat in the food, but trust me when I say that this food is beyond satisfying if you know what to get. I recommend the chick pea dish or the dal, they change them up sometimes but always delicious. The food is ready and they serve it in Togo plates.

The market has a small selection for dairy and produce and a large collection of pantry goods and some cooking ware that I don't see at the other nearest Indian market. The cafe on the side is a real gem though really good dosa and food prices if you're on a budget. It's all vegetarian keep in mind but it's pretty good for a deli.
