Indian Twist Airport

Lamb Korma and Lamb Naan. I eat Indian food all over this country as I drive an 18 wheeler OTR from Florida to Washington and everywhere in between. There are more than a few really great authentic Indian restaurants out there. This one is in the top 5% I've ever been to. If you're in town and you enjoy Indian Cuisine, treat yourself to a masterfully prepared meal in a warm and relaxed dining hall with staff that is genuinely kind and makes you feel like family. Five stars on every level. Portions are perfectly sized, and you can taste the Love in every bite. The Chef brought me my food personally. I cannot say enough good things about the beautiful people who make this restaurant a Gem of a Destination. Ok ate dinner here again tonight, I just can't get enough! Lamb Biriyani...... Off the hook delicious! Perfect spice, zero grease, Lamb is so succulent and tender and moist and and and ....... And of course tonight I got TWO Lamb Naan 😁😀💫

Stopped by Indian Twist Airpot and was honestly impressed, especially for a spot right near the airport. I had the butter chicken, which was rich, well-balanced, and not overly sweet like a lot of places tend to make it. Paired it with their house margarita—unexpected combo, but it worked. My husband ordered the lamb korma, and the sauce was creamy with good depth, and the lamb was tender (not chewy, which is where a lot of places fail). We shared garlic naan and samosas—both solid. The naan was fresh and had the right amount of garlic, and the samosas were crisp without being greasy. Overall, the food tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and consistent with what you’d expect from a North Indian menu with dishes like butter chicken and korma done right. Definitely a strong option if you’re near the airport and want something better than typical travel food. Would come back.

Location is fine, decent parking, service was good and friendly. The naan was quite good, very fresh with good flavor (garlic naan). Lamb saag was ok, although could have had bolder flavors. Butter chicken was a bit disappointing, lacking flavor. Tandoori chicken wings were decent, could have had bolder flavor. Overall I would say the food is ok, a bit on the bland side to me, the service was friendly.
