I went to the location on Swan, it was very good! I was expecting this location to be the same as Swan, but the Tandoori chicken was practically raw and the butter chicken was not sealed correctly causing it to spill everywhere. I wasn’t even able to enjoy my food and I would like a refund. Please, do not go here!

Darn. I read the reviews and I was hopeful that they were wrong. Do NOT go here for Indian Food unless your taste is unable to handle spices or it has been overly americanized. I got Chicken Tikka Masala and butter naan. Right off the bat, when you go in. It is confusing. There is a door for the Indian restaurant, but it is locked. You have to go in through Amore. Great business concept. But I didnt go there for the business concept, I went there for the food. The first thing about the food is that it is not a big serving. I regularly go to Spice Garden. And the servings are much latger. And the same price. Then there is the look and taste. When I opened the bag. Right offhand, it is guaranteed wrong. Chicken Tikka Masala is a darker red. I got what looks like tomato bisque. Really it is a light orange/red color, almost a creamy tomato sauce color. Like a bisque. Immediately the dread set in. That is not the correct color. Look it up online. But better yet, look at the picture for reference that I attached. It is a general Google search of Chicken Tikka Masala. (Close-ish in color, just MUCH lighter than it should be) And a picture next to a smaller coffee mug for size reference. Now, I still was willing to give it a shot, maybe they just put more cream in it than they normally do. I am not sure what was done. It sadly tastes exactly like the other reviews said. Like tomato soup from a can with some attempt at adding Indian spices. I couldn't eat it. At all. I tried a small bite and it just tasted like a bland tomato soup with some different spices. I know that when a similar review was previously given by another person, the owner replied back with he uses nothing from the can and it is all homemade. I have made this homemade. It is my favorite meal. This is NOT homemade. If it in some world is homemade, then there is something off about the ingredients being used. *the naan looked ok,ish, a bit floppy. Not like normal. It did have a hair on it, that was gross. But since I didnt eat it or the rest of the food, I cannot give a better taste review on that. I would not go here for Indian food. Unless your version is WAY more American than the original. This is not Indian food. This was not even good. I am saddened by this.... Go to Spice Garden 5815 N Arizona Pavillions Dr #155. We went there for a Valentine's dinner, expecting savory, flavorful authentic Indian food. We ordered change masala & lamb curry. Both seemed like they opened up a can of Campbell's cream of tomato soup and added a scant few Indian spices- very bland. It was edible. That's about the best I can say. We were quite disappointed. We sat outside and had a hard time getting the waitress's attention. We had three things for leftovers (rice & the 2 dishes), but they only gave us two boxes. At the time there were only two reviews and both were 5 stars. I just wanted to leave this, so others won't be mislead like we were.
