I got a couple vegan options: Corn Bhel and Bangin’ Samosas; they were well balanced with textures, spices, sweet and savory. The drink took a bit to balance the sweetness, but still tasty. The place itself has a fun vibe and there’s a stylish old brewery to sit inside when it’s too cool.

This is literally a train boxcar and outdoor seating. Love the idea but the owners or management company that operates the sound system has it way to loud at lunch time for a business lunch. This isn't Indigos fault by any means. There are other restaurant "boxcars" that operates in this location as well. I love the concept of a "food truck park" with food court dining...just turn the damn music down!

Food was good - we got the Chicken tikka roll.and Malai chicken wraps and Paneer tikka bowl. Appetizers were more of Indian fusion - needed more chutney.amd seasoning. Service was ok. Even though they were not busy our food was just sitting there until we walked up to ask how much longer.
