Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Our first visit to Isha Restaurant was good, which is why we decided to visit again. Unfortunately, the recent experience was very disappointing. The front desk staff, who was also taking orders in the late evening, was rude, inattentive, and constantly on her mobile phone. When we informed them that the chicken mandi had no salt added, there was no response or attempt to fix the issue. While paying the bill and leaving, we raised the concern again, and the staff responded with a rude expression, saying that “the chef said it already has all the flavors needed.” This response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Compared to our previous visit, the portion sizes have reduced and the quality of food has gone down. The ambience is authentic and pleasant, but the overall experience was affected by poor service and lack of basic hygiene. Customers are required to remove footwear before sitting and eating, yet we noticed the same staff member walking into the seating area with footwear on, which felt disrespectful and unhygienic. Good ambience alone cannot make up for declining food quality, rude service, and hygiene concerns. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience.

Benton, Arkansas is lucky to have this place. I've had Indian food here in the US and in the UK. This place is right up there with what I had in London. I ordered the Veg Samosa, Chicken Tikka and Garlic Naan. All were excellent! Preparation and the taste was great! Highly recommend!

The ambience is bright, clean, and very welcoming. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and seated right away. The menu offers an excellent variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The food is flavorful, served in generous portions, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and quantity provided. Overall, this is a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and outstanding service. I definitely recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself!
