I ordered the jerk chicken, which came with rice and beans, vegetables, plantains, and two jerk sauces. 1. Jerk Chicken: The seasoning was amazing, but the meat itself was very dry and tasted like it was cooked 2–3 days ago — not fresh. (3/5) 2. Rice & Beans: Flavorful and well-cooked. (4/5) 3. Vegetables: Perfectly done, fresh and tasty. (5/5) 4. Plantains: Excellent — sweet and nicely caramelized. (5/5) 5. Jerk Sauce: Delicious and authentic flavor. (5/5) Unfortunately, the atmosphere brings the rating down. The place smelled bad, baseboards were missing, and there was raw plywood around the bar area — overall very poor presentation. Very bland, no seasoning…not even a little bit of salt in the rice or chicken? I couldn’t even finish the damn food…I had to throw it out. yall Better off going to Carribean Jerk Palace I’m highly disappointed…
