Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is an amazing restaurant and we love coming here all the time. The food is delicious, especially the baba ganoush and the beef kabob. The kunefe dessert is our favorite. Amazing service and waiters/waitresses are all so kind and nice!! Truly an incredible restaurant, highly recommend!

Istanbul Cuisine is absolutely amazing with so many delicious options that it is hard to choose just one. Every dish is full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. I loved every bite and left completely satisfied. The experience was so enjoyable that I couldn’t help but try a little of everything. A perfect spot for anyone who loves tasty, quality food.

Mezes are delicious, and the salads are fresh. The bread comes hot but could be improved—it’s a bit thick and doughy. Prices are reasonable for most dishes. The kunefe is really good, and the portion is generous, though I’m used to a slightly sweeter version. My only criticism is the overpriced ayran. It’s supposed to be a poor man’s drink, so $7.50 feels excessive. Overall, it’s a nice place, and I would go again. Serves alcohol but everything else is halal.
