This place is on the second floor of the mall and was recommended to us for their pizza. We love family owned places instead of chains so we came here today and tried a large pepperoni mushroom pizza. We got it with light sauce as sometimes I get heartburn from heavy sauce. It was really delicious, even though it was a thinner crust (definitely not as thin as a thin crust but more like NY style thin) it was crispy and delicious! Next time we want to try the other kind they have.

First off, it was a nightmare trying to find where the restaurant was, We entered from the west side of the mall. There were no signs giving you directions. We walked around down stairs couldn't find it. We then went up stairs and walked around some and still couldn't find it. The wife stopped in a music store and the gentleman said walk out these doors and it's across the way right next to Ruel King. What an adventure! Three of us wanted pizza last night. We ordered 2 large pizza's both had two toppings ech. A chicken grinder was ordered and three soft drinks. The total was almost $70.00 ! The inside of the resaurant was small so we ended up sitting inside the mall. The pizza was not as expected when reading some of the previous reviews. The quality of the cheese could have been better, the meatball didn't have much of a flavor. It was like eating school pizza when I was a kid ! As far as service, you only had the girls that you place your with at the counter and nothing more. Also, while we were there a patron was arguing with one of the older male workers about their pizza ! The employee stated we have been making pizza like this for years ! That's not something I needed to hear but, maybe the patron was right ! Well, we tried it once and we won't be back again !

The food is good but the cooks need to stick to being cooks because their customer service skills are poor and rude. I accidentally ordered from an Italian village 2 1/2 hours away in the middle of Virginia, not even the other location in Bristol, and didn’t realize it until I got there and they were rolling their eyes and chuckling and insinuating I could just drive there if I wanted the food that bad. This was really irritating and unhelpful for someone who had already driven around for 45 minutes thinking they were waiting on their food, and I know my kids are screaming in the car hungry, that part was my fault. But telling me to drive far out for food that would be cold, my kids and family have been waiting on already, joke or not or whatever was just unhelpful and irritating. I felt like crap that I made a mistake, my sugar was also really off and I couldn’t think straight and I was very jittery and it didn’t help at all. I probably wouldn’t have continued to reorder food after that interaction it wasn’t for the fact I was about to collapse and didn’t have the energy to contact everyone and figure out something else / quicker where I wouldn’t be giving money to people who can’t read the room that someone is distressed as it is.
