The newest revitalization of the old Bamboo Bamboo! Buffet is definitely on the mark. While smaller, with only about half the seating area, it's scrupulously clean. There's a good variety of Asian & blended Asian/American dishes, excellent quality and well-prepared on the Buffet. This is fine for lunch, atmosphere is a little "dinerette" but honestly, the food makes up for it. They do offer discounts, so the price is about what you'd expect, around $15.

Decided to try jade dragon buffet. To start when you walk in to be seated you pay first which for myself was a little unusual. I was nervous thinking I possibly just wasted money, also was a little more expensive than what I am used to paying for,my wife and I cost around $43.00. The selection of food was smaller than most places, but for what they had it was excellent was constantly being changed out and staying fresh everything tasted great they plates were being removed from the table in a very polite and timely fashion. Was constantly being asked by the servers if the food tasted good. Definitely worth the money will for sure be going back.

People say food is overpriced and you can get it for much cheaper at other buffets and that is correct. What they don’t mention is that when you pay $13 for buffet food elsewhere you get food that tastes like cardboard cutout versions of Jade Dragon. The food here is fresh, exceptional, mindfully sourced, and well worth the price. I haven’t found a place in the area that can compete with the quality and service. I will gladly pay the price everyday to enjoy such a deserving meal.
