I stopped by for lunch on a weekday and tried a few different dishes, and overall the food had some real highlights—but the timing definitely needs improvement. I ordered the fresh spring rolls, the crispy pork belly with rice, and the noodles with grilled pork. The fresh spring rolls were a bit on the dry side, but the dipping sauce completely saved the dish. It was flavorful. The crispy pork belly with rice was the star of the meal. The pork was perfectly crispy, tender inside, and the sauce that came with it tied everything together beautifully. I would happily come back just for that. The noodles with grilled pork were decent as well, but the portion of pork was noticeably small for a main dish. What really took away from the experience was the slow timing of the food. The two main dishes did not come out together—one arrived, and the next showed up almost 15 minutes later. By the time the second dish came, the first one was already finished. We waited about 30 minutes just for the last dish, and there was no one ahead of us when we arrived, which made the delay even more surprising. Great flavors, but service speed needs some attention before I’d consider coming back during a lunch break.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. Based on the menu, there seems to be many authentic Viet dishes here, as well as some fusion options. Both options are definitely my kind of food. When I walked into the establishment, my first impression was this place is so cute! Lots of cute Asian decor, and because it's holiday season, Christmas decor as well. Also, they had a piece of roasted pig hanging, so it definitely gave an authentic feel. I ordered a lot! No regrets on any dish - all the food and drinks were delicious. My favorite part is the heo quay, roasted pig belly. They made it PERFECTLY. The meat was so moist and tender while the skin was crispy. Very well flavored too. When I need pig for a party, I will definitely order from here. The banh khot were bigger than normal but still very good! Nice crunch. The bun Bo hue banh mi is very unique! I am a huge fan of bun Bo hue so I hope they add on the traditional noodle version of it because their broth is fantastic! I can't begin to tell you how hard it is to find a good bun Bo hue anywhere, let alone Utah. The service was great! They even brought out fresh whole chilis at my request. Great family owned place. I hope to cater from this place soon. Their catering menu offers many other dishes that's not on the regular menu.

I lived in SE Asia for 25 years and Jade's reminded me of the lovely cafes in VN where you can meet up with friends and get a delicious bite to eat. The menu is not large but the foods that are listed are all made beautifully. My husband had the bún bò Huế bánh mì and wow. The sandwich was full of flavorful ingredients, very creative and delicious. I ordered the bánh khọt and y'all, I need to tell you that it was incredible. I could not stop eating. It was perfection. The edges were crisp and the inside was soft and pillowy. I had to send pictures to my mother and aunts to rave about my new "discovery" for when they visit me. I was too full to eat anything else but took home some chè. I will be back as soon as possible!
