Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The karaage was really good, crispy on the outside and juicy inside, definitely a highlight. So was the potato salad very delicious and would definitely get again. My boyfriend loved the Shoyu Truffle ramen and finished every last bite. I tried the Spicy Chicken ramen after hearing someone describe it as “like a warm hug,” and that set my expectations a little too high. It was good, but the flavor notes didn’t give that cozy, comforting vibe at all it was more fine than memorable. Overall, solid food, but not everything lived up to the hype.

Delicious! Staff friendly as well. Loved both starters: salt edamame and machine fries, unique taste on the fries I haven't had before. The vegan gachi Ramen was on the saltier side compared to the yuzo ship Ramen and truffle Ramen. Truffle Ramen brother definitely unique, yuzo more on the more regular chicken brother side but still good. Loved the shrimp dumpling in the yuzo and truffle.

Such a gem in the medical center!! We got there shortly after they opened and there was one table spot left. My 2 year old loved the kids ramen (comes free when you buy a full sized ramen), edamame and fries. I was thrilled to find high quality gluten friendly ramen near me! A bit short staffed as all places are but they are kind and doing their best! There was a long line at the door by the time we left! Glad the gem is getting traction!
