Jerrell's BETR BRGR

I visited a few days ago and ordered the O.G. BETR BRGR. The burger was good very soft meat. I was excited about this place but the service was disappointing the employee at the counter stayed on the phone during the transaction and was noticeably rude and couldn’t answer questions about the menu as he seemed to be upset that I interrupted his phone conversation. The burger was made incorrectly with only one patty. When I mentioned it, the employee responded dismissively, which added to the poor experience. With a nasty tone he was like “don’t you see me making you another burger?” (How am I supposed to know you realized your mistake?, you could have been making another order)

The burger tastes great and the portion is generous. I personally don’t like cheese, so without it the flavor is a bit less rich. But I will continue to support! 👍🍔

Absolutely the best! Jerell’s ✨👍🏾 OG burger was served on perfection! Hot , juicy and fresh with a free order of waffle fries. Will be returning again. If you have not tried one before sure to add it to your bucket list. 💯
