Jersey Mike's Subs

We love Jersey Mike’s and go a-couple times a week. Go for the #7 add mayo and relish. Not sure but this location has been improving over the last couple months or so!!

Jersey Mike’s is honestly one of my favorite spots to grab a quick sandwich. I always get the club because it never misses, but they’ve got a ton of solid cold and hot options too. This location is awesome — the staff is super friendly and they get your food out fast. Perfect place to stop when you’re in a rush.

We were passing through town and usually stop at Jersey mikes locations when on road trips because the sandwiches are great. Unfortunately we picked the wrong location this time. It was about 5:30 pm on 12/27/25 and we walked in to order. There was a younger male and female employee behind the counter and a manager or supervisor sitting out front at a table working on paperwork. There were no other customers inside at all. We stood at the order area for several minutes without being acknowledged at all and it clearly wasn’t because it was busy. Finally the younger male says hang on a minute so we stood there another couple minutes and neither person still took our order. We finally walked out and went somewhere else to eat. I noticed several of your lower reviews noted customer service as a problem and your response is always we will review and work on it, but it seems to be still showing up. I also noticed security cameras so it should be pretty easy to confirm which employees and my description of events. This location would have corrected these customer service problems by now given the low reviews lately. You might want to look a little higher up to see where this starts. Maybe the owner encourages this or doesn’t care who knows, but it seems to be allowed given the length of time it has continued. As a business owner it’s pretty difficult to make money when your customers walk out or can’t even order. We still plan on stopping at Jersey mikes but will be choosing a different shop next time.
