Pulled into Jersey Mike’s around 10:30am on April 14th, 2026, and I’m not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. Everything was on point. The sub was fresh, made perfectly, and you could tell there was real attention to detail not just thrown together like most places do. But what really stood out was the staff. Friendly, quick, and actually dialed in. The whole place was running smooth, and that doesn’t happen by accident. Shawn deserves real recognition here. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right, and that kind of effort is rare. That’s leadership-level service, not just “doing the job.” If I owned this place, I’d want a whole team like that. Easy 5 stars. This is how you keep customers coming back.
