I've been coming to this spot for a few years now, when I can, to treat myself. My favorite hands down is the lechon jibarito! Perfectly messy and stacked with so much meat! I also got a side of fries and a side of rice. I've never gotten fries before and im not typically a fry person but these were really good! I always get atleast 2 full meals out of one order.

We would have loved to try the food but the atmosphere felt instantly hostile. When we walked in the door to place an order at 8:17pm.. The website states that the restaurant closes at 9:00pm. We arrived to place our order noone else was seated but a lone gentleman sitting, that I think worked there was in the restaurant. The young man manning the counter did not greet us. I had to ask after being greeted with silence if they were open. He replied “for what?” I replied to place an order - to which he replied that they closed at 8:00pm today. No other explanation. Dispite the large flashing OPEN sign in the window and the door being unlocked.. if you’re trying to drive away business, then congratulations, you’ve succeeded.

Small joint. But damn the food is absolutely perfect. Gigantic portions. Highly recommended.
