Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We have been going here for years now. The prices have gone up a pretty decent amount. I know prices are going up everywhere, but the percentage of them going up at this restaurant is pretty high in my opinion. The other reason I took a star off is because I used to also get the luau taco with steak, but now I get it with chicken because the steak went very downhill and I tried it probably 3-4 times before I switched to chicken hoping it was the cook or a bad batch of meat. Side notes if you buy the combo with a drink and queso with your tacos the more tacos your get the less chips you get... There is just less room in the basket, I guess. I hate that you have to tip before you eat because half the time you have to take your drink up to get it refilled because the employees are behind the counter on their phone, then other times I want to give them more money because they were so attentive. Always check for the taco of the month! I always forget! I do love that they offer Mr. Pibb to drink though! Also, they do have time music on weekends at times as well as bottomless mimosas. I did see ads for some great specials though which I attached a photo of.

I have been to this establishment before during covid. The staff is always nice. Just remember when eating here that you need to go up front to order then they bring you the food. This is a good place to eat if you want something not fancy. The food is good but can be a bit pricy. For example, i ordered a burrito, my wife the baja tacos and we split fries and a drink that came to almost $40. The food it worth it though. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Just be mindful that they may be extremely busy during peak seasons like spring break and bike week. Great place though.

6 of 8 tacos were wrong, dry chicken, they no longer have ground taco beef but they have burgers and they literally gave us tortilla chip crumbs. Horrible.
