During a recent girls trip we popped in for ramen. They had a few specials and limited time items on the menu so we gave them a try. The appetizers were ok. Nothing super amazing, but good. We had the Impossible tacos and JINYA buns. The matcha tiramisu was really good and the box presentation really added to the whole experience. Our entrees were the spicy creamy ramen - vegetarian, and JINYA ramen. Neither of our meals was served hot enough. We figured the creamy ramen may have been cooled down due to the cream, so we didn’t bother. It tasted good enough but wasn’t very spicy, it was just flavorful. The JINYA ramen was just not edible. I had the server take it back and warm it up or bring a fresh and hot bowl. I could tell they might have just warmed it up because the seaweed was wilted. No, it still wasn’t hot enough, but I didn’t want to have to ask again. A supervisor came to check and said that I was the only one who received a lukewarm bowl. I said, oh really. She said there was something going on with the cook/chef keeping the broth hot enough. This surprised me because it’s a ramen spot and the broth should be hot. We ate as much as we could, paid and left within thirty minutes. Yes, we still tipped our server.

JINYA Ramen Bar has really good food and a great overall experience. I tried the taco and ramen noodles, and both were full of flavor and very well prepared. The alcohol drink with the cinnamon-burned flavor was unique and really awesome. They also offer a good variety of side options to choose from. The ambience is very nice—modern, lively, and perfect for dining with friends. If you like spicy food, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service was amazing! The V Red fire Opal (vegan ramen) was delicious. We tried the spicy tuna on crispy rice which was so good. It came with 3 pieces. I ended up eating most of it and it made me a little full so keep that in mind if you are ordering multiple items. The lychee matcha lemonade is as tasty as it was beautiful.
