I tried the Juicery House migas and the pecan praline smoothie , both were absolutely delicious 🤗 I’ve been to other Juicery Plus locations, but this one is unique since it also turns into a restaurant. I love that the menu is friendly for everyone, with great choices for vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters.

Unbelievable the situation with this place!!! Yesterday I had a very bad experience in the airway location, long story short, I went there and for my experience I found a disgusting bathroom with a trashcan overflowing and a huge cockroach hanging in there and when I took a peak inside the kitchen everything was so dirty and gross. Today I decided to let go of that situation and give it a shot to a newer location, the one in George Dieter because I’ve been a customer of this restaurants for a long time and I liked their food and I thought maybe I could only had a bad luck the day before and my luck would be better in a newer location. But for my surprise the owner of all the locations was there and I direct my self to talk to him and mention the unfortunate situation I had in the other location so they can be more cautious with the hygiene part in the airway store. I though the guy was going to be appreciated for brining the issue to him so they can make the proper charges. But instead he was telling me how upset he was with me for posting my airway experience in google, because that will affect local business and as a local person I should support them instead of hurting them. (I’ve been a customer of the local jucery for years, brining friends and family all the time and recommending the place, is that not supporting local ?) and the owner guy start telling me that cockroaches and rats are normal in a restaurant specially in older buildings like the airway one, he claimed the cockroach I saw was a garden one and those are normal, he said the small ones are the ones that hatch eggs and those are more dangerous!!! He also said repetitively that they always do deep cleaning once a week 🥴🤢. Once a week ? Ive been working in the hospitality industry for 20 years and restaurants have to do deep cleaning every day after they close not once a week!!!! He also said every restaurant in el Paso have the same issue, he said that if I go to wataburger and I look inside things are gone be nasty there also. He mentioned that their walls in the kitchen are always dirty because they prepare smoothies there and that makes it splashed. How hard is to wipe down your cooking area after you prepare something ? After hearing all this out of his mouth and him arguing me for posting something negative because of my experience I asked to cancel my order and refund my money and he denied saying, I already put it on and payed for it so they were not going to refund me anything. Honestly this experience is been my braking point and I won’t ever visit one of this restaurants Jucery Plus anywhere in El Paso , specially with a person in charge who dsnt have a clue of good hygiene and proper customer service. Note: I am not trying to hurt any local business. I am just raising awareness of an unethical business practice due to health concerns for people in El Paso.

Came in at lunchtime Took a while to place my order because there wasn’t anybody at the counter when I came in, and took longer still to get what I ordered. To give you an idea - I was late back from my lunch break and didn’t get to eat so I did an involuntary fast all day at work They didn’t have a few of the things I tried ordering - seemed like they were surprised at what they had on their menu When I ate my smoothie bowl the next day (left it in the fridge at work) it was about what I expected. Can’t complain about that Pretty disappointed considering how badly this area of the city needs more healthier food options. At this rate though it might be a while before the rate of diabetes and early onset colorectal cancer goes down here Hope they can do better in the future
