I just have to write a great review for customer service up front. Shout out to the girls!!! One in blonde hair in particular, I waited super long for their chicken patties- she treated me real nice!!! I never had that kind of service she gave anywhere i'd been.. Give her a raise! Love everyone working there, I support this black business so much :)

Juici Patties Review Juici Patties is a true Jamaican classic and an absolute must visit if you want authentic island flavor done right. From the moment I walked in, I was extremely impressed by both the front and kitchen staff. Every single staff member was polite, professional, and handled my order with care and respect. I placed a good sized order and came in almost at closing time, yet the team never rushed, complained, or showed any frustration. Instead, they did an amazing job, remained welcoming, and made sure my order was prepared properly. That level of customer service truly stood out and deserves recognition. Now let’s talk about the food,because it absolutely delivered. The patties were fresh, flaky, and packed with bold, well seasoned flavor. The crust was perfectly golden, and the filling was rich and satisfying. Every bite reminded me why Juici Patties is so loved. I came all the way from Baltimore, Maryland specifically to try these patties, and they did not disappoint at all. Between the incredible food and outstanding customer service, the experience was worth the trip. Big shoutout to the entire Juici Patties team,front counter and kitchen staff for holding it down and representing excellence. This is how food service should be done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended.
