Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Just Love Coffee has quickly become one of our favorite local spots. We originally stopped in for coffee and ended up staying much longer than planned because the environment was so inviting and comfortable. The coffee was excellent and clearly made with care. We tried a caramel latte and a drip coffee, and both were smooth and flavorful. We also ordered breakfast and shared a waffle and breakfast sandwich, which were fresh, hot, and really hit the spot. What impressed us most was how friendly and attentive the team was. Everyone greeted us when we walked in, the service was fast, and the staff checked on guests throughout the café. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great customer experience. The café itself is clean, bright, and perfect whether you’re meeting friends, bringing kids, or getting work done. It truly feels like a community coffee shop where people enjoy spending time. We will absolutely be coming back regularly and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee, delicious food, and outstanding customer service.

I have been to this location a few times prior to this review so this has been my observations and experience. Food is okay but honestly overpriced. Anytime i feel like there is an issue more often than not management is somehow absent or on vacation? Even though quality is going down I guess that's where the money is going. Employees appeared overworked and stressed in many cases that i have sat in or just confused on how to do their job also looks like they are usually understaff leading to poor food performance and overall experience. Meals would feel like a dice roll on how good it was. This review is based on those repeated visits. While the food is decent, it feels overpriced for the quality and consistency. I’ve been to other Just Love locations, including Mt. Juliet and Spring Hill, and those locations were noticeably better in both food quality and service. How a business treats its employees matters, and in this case it raised concerns for me as i have also been in understaffed or toxic work environments myself. These issues appeared to contribute directly to slower service and inconsistent food quality for sure. For the price, I don’t feel this location delivers the value or experience expected, especially compared to other options nearby. Until meaningful improvements are made, I would choose to dine elsewhere! Read other low reviews from the location and Im sure others would chime in the same sentiments.

Feeling the love for Just Love! We had a great New Year's Day brunch. Kate took our order - customer service is on point! Food came out quickly and was delicious. Drinks were just right. Warm and inviting atmosphere in this coffee shop. Keep it up. Nolensville is lucky to have you!
