This is our 3rd time dining in , will be back for more. We’ve done a takeout or 2 as well . Kaara has become our new favorite. I highly recommend this place . We love the ambiance atmosphere & service Each time our experience has been exceptional, staff is amazing! Good food you can get at other places too but what sets Kaara apart is their staff ! Professional, friendly attentive. Shout out to Kal ( Kalyan ) for making our dinner experience very enjoyable. He’s easy to talk to , friendly , took our order correctly, made sure we had everything we needed. Few weeks back Shreya made our dinner memorable. Shout out to Shreya too ! I loved their beetroot goat cheese chaat , delicious! Kastoori paneer yum! Garlic butter naan awesome ! Chicken Manchurian delish ! Lamb kabab tasted good but was dry , bit overcooked Overall food is great , very flavorful. I hope they maintain this quality and service !

Food had an authentic taste, flavorful, and the spice levels can be customized to your preference. We tried the Pani Puri Shot, Virgin Guava Mary, and the rose-flavored Sharbati Sholay—very happy with all our choices! Excited to explore more drinks on future visits. One of the best breads I had in a long time—the paneer-stuffed kulcha was outstanding. And 555 chicken biryani was awesome ! The staff were friendly and attentive. Every time they passed our table, they made sure our water was refilled, and they were always available when we needed them. Beautiful ambience and excellent service (our table was served by Leela) Highly recommend!

Kaara is a brand new modern Indian restaurant in Sweetwater, Apex. Ever since it opened, we were planning to dine in before making any take-outs. Today, we made our first appearance for lunch, and for the party of two, we ordered Sweet Corn Soup, Shrimp Pepper Fry, Butter Roti, Mutton Rogan Gosh, Vijayawada boneless chicken biryani, and a Guava Amla Punch Mocktail. Every food item was served hot and fresh with the exact spice level we ordered. The meats were soft & the flavors and taste were amazing, except for the butter roti. Supposed to be soft, the butter roti was a bit crunchy. The Shrimp Pepper Fry was super yummy. Our host/waiter, Leela, was polite and welcoming throughout. Wows: Ambience – hard to beat for any nearby Indian restaurant. Service – seemed understaffed, but every item arrived promptly. Food – Indian flavors without compromising authenticity. Oops (not complaints): 1. We’re not sure whether we got Vijayawada biryani (the ordered item) or Chicken 65 biryani. We raised that concern to our waiter, but it went unaddressed. Never mind, the biryani was good. 2. Main plates could have been bigger. We made our reservations for 1:45 PM, 45 minutes prior to restaurant closing, and we are not sure walk-ins will be seated quickly during prime time. A bit pricey, but truly justified with a premium dine-in experience. Definitely worth visiting once in a while and for special occasions in the Triangle area. 19th Jan, 2026.
