We got the creamy basil midori, vegetable lo mein, mango tango roll. I would go back for the creamy basil Ramen, although my husband enjoyed all three. I didn’t really taste any mango in the roll as I was expecting. The vegetable lo mein was my favorite but unfortunately, I think they heavily put soy in there because I did not feel well at all after. My husband got the regular creamy basil Ramen, and I got the mild creamy basil Ramen, and I could definitely taste the spice, it was the right amount of spice for my taste.

Kabuto Sushi and Ramen in Cedar City is an absolute gem! We had the ramen, and it was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. The broth was rich and comforting, the noodles had the right texture, and every bite felt thoughtfully crafted. Honestly, it was better than most of the ramen houses we’ve been to in Las Vegas, which says a lot. If you’re craving authentic, delicious ramen without the big city drive, Kabuto is the place to go. Highly recommend! Even with one waitress working today she made sure all the tables were quickly taken care of and did so with a smile on her face. The serving sizes are almost as impressive as the quality of the meal itself.

Solid sushi and ramen spot, especially for Southern Utah. The menu is expansive, and has lots of dressed up rolls (good for sharing) as well as a few simpler options that show they’re not afraid to highlight their fish (like the chirashi bowl in the photo). The ramen is good as well, and the vegan ramen makes it a big draw for our vegetarian friends. Only downside is that the service can be a little slow and seating can take a while, but that’s more a reflection of how popular the restaurant has become!
