Tallis [sp?] - The Sauceman - did not waste any time offering me a recommendation and a sample. A sample? That was lunch by itself. Very generous guys! I went with the mixed platter that had lamb, chicken, beef, garbanzo beans, mixed veggies, hummus and a couple of the magic sauces on top. I will be coming back here for sure!

I have tried the falafel, fish, gyro and chicken and all have been so good. I love the red sauce, it has a very unique flavor. My girlfriend loves the masala fries

Absolutely fantastic food and very friendly and quick service. Looks like a hole in the wall diner but falafel lamb and chicken are all incredible - ask to try the masala fries! Bookmarking for each time we pass through Cortland when traveling.
