Very fresh! Flavors you cannot get elsewhere. I had Fish Platter today. Absolutely unbelievable how good it is. Dinner quality food at lunchtime. That hot sauce will challenge you. This is an amazing restaurant place for low glycemic index foods that are not boring!!! Proper portions. I couldn't eat all of it. There was plenty. Come here to eat healthy and actually enjoy it.

Great food and service. The cook is especially nice! I got chicken and my husband got the fish. Always excellent!
