Their ramen broth is probably the best I've had in Memphis. They are also super accommodating to protein substitutions, where my friend was able to swap out the chicken chashu for karaage in her ramen. My go-to is the spicy shrimp ramen, and it never disappoints! Their spicy garlic edamame is also delicious!

Great Ramen and options to be had here. I had the cilantro slurp while my daughter had the vegan harvest bowl. My Ramen was quite tasty and easily filling. The broth was incredible and not too salty. It is a very low light restaurant which I found to be quite peaceful. This is my new Ramen favorite place to visit when I'm passing through Collierville.

Went here right before seeing the Barbie movie. Service was efficient and courteous. Food was hot, delicious, and made just the way we requested. The Kami Chicken was perfect and my daughter loved the kid's Chicken Ramen with broccoli instead of corn. The cream cheese wonton were a good appetizer, but I should have gotten the soft shell crab like usual. It's perfection!
