Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I recently moved her just to study at EIU for a couple years and wow in my 1.5yrs here I have probably come like 30 times. Their rolls are so incredibly delicious genuinely and their bento boxes MMM have my heart. Also the workers here and sooo sweet it is so convenient that they have a pick up window we just order ahead and bam super fast pick-up and the lady has even recognized me a few times it was a sign I was eating it too much 😅 Definitely gonna miss this place when I graduate but I lovee it!

The food and portions here were great, it’s a great place to grab to go food. We dined in and the music was extremely loud it was difficult to have a conversation. The prices seemed higher than I expected as well, we ended up spending more than if we would have went to a traditional hibachi restaurant. However, the chicken egg rolls were great and the sushi was fresh. I’d return to order to go.

We had our family dinner here for after graduation party. Ben - the owner was super kind to help setting up space for 10. Food was amazing, for Asian, the rice was cooked right, very fluffy and fragrant. We ordered different options of sushi like Caterpillar roll, EIU, Dragon roll etc and the Yummy noodles. Noted that the noodle is hibachi style, not soupy ramen. Surprisingly the portion was great for the price. I’d have to say best sushi in town! Highly recommend and definitely visit again next time in town!
