Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Tried the fried momos and chicken lollipops for starters, both were great. The rack of lamb was the special and worth it. Goat dum biryani was so good we had to order another one, and the veg chowmein was tasty too. Great taste overall with nice ambience, good music, and very friendly service. Best recommended for a group of 4.

We were pleasantly surprised by their lunch buffet. It has limited options but food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed the food and the Service was excellent! You should give it a shot..

Disappointing Experience: Jhol Buff Momo I visited this restaurant specifically for their Jhol Buff Momo, a dish I was genuinely excited to try. Unfortunately, what arrived at my table was a serious letdown — and a concerning one at that. The moment the bowl was placed in front of me, something was immediately off. The momo had a distinct foul smell, the kind that signals the meat is not fresh. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite, but the taste confirmed my worst fears — the buff filling was clearly stale and had gone bad. This is not a matter of personal preference or a dish that simply wasn’t to my taste. This is a food safety concern. Serving spoiled meat to customers is unacceptable at any price point, and it speaks to serious issues with how ingredients are stored and monitored in the kitchen. The jhol (broth) itself was unremarkable and did nothing to redeem the overall experience. I could not finish the dish and would not recommend it to anyone. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. A restaurant’s reputation is built on trust — trust that the food being served is fresh, safe, and prepared with care. On this visit, that trust was completely broken. Response to reply: Thank you for taking the time to respond, however I must address several inaccuracies in your reply. Firstly, I did not finish both plates. The Jhol Buff Momo was left largely uneaten precisely because of the issue I described — the foul smell and taste made it impossible to consume. I find it disappointing that your team is misrepresenting what actually took place at my table. Regarding your server checking in — a brief, polite “how is everything?” in the middle of a meal is not a genuine opportunity to raise a food safety concern, especially in a busy dining setting. Most customers, myself included, are not comfortable making a scene in the moment. That is exactly why review platforms exist. I also note that your response focuses entirely on defending your restaurant rather than genuinely addressing the concern I raised. The fact that 30 other plates were served (if it’s true) without complaint does not invalidate my individual experience. Food quality can vary across servings, storage, and preparation. I raised this review in good faith to warn other diners and to give your establishment a chance to reflect and improve. Instead, I have been met with a response that questions my honesty. That, in itself, speaks volumes about how this restaurant handles criticism. I stand by my original review.
